Job Summary

We seek an enthusiastic Store Manager to take charge of the team at our Lake Haven store location. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and be passionate about providing excellent customer service for The Base Warehouse's customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Daily management of all employees within the store

Take charge with the assistant store manager of the entire day-to-day duties off full store operations

Organise the weekly roster for your team in line with the store’s trading profile

Be in charge of reordering products that sell out, as well as having meetings with supplier representatives

Communicate with customers and team members efficiently and effectively

Assist customers with checking out and being able to handle money and operate the till

Welcome customers and ask if they need assistance in navigating our warehouse-style store

Be an expert on our products, allowing you to make the best suggestions for the customer

Organising store layouts to elevate the customer experience

Available to work every second weekend

Create a safe working environment for your team and customers

Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in retail
