About the Position

Our client is seeking a property lawyer who is energetic and a good team player to join to join their high performing in-house legal team. You will work with a team of experienced in-house lawyers who are all friendly and easy to work with.

In the role, you will:

Review, advise on, negotiate and draft a variety of commercial leases for landlord and tenants.

Act of property acquisitions of land and commercial buildings.

Act on property sales of land and commercial buildings.

Advise on property law

We are seeking someone with:

3-5 years PQE

Experience in commercial property law gained at a large firm or specialist property law firm, or well regarded in-house legal team.

Experience in commercial property leasing, sales and acquisitions.

Prior in-house experience is desirable but not essential.

Must have a friendly and energetic personality, and a good sense of humour.
