Responsibilities:
· Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
· Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
· Menu planning, budgeting and estimate food requirements
· Following food safety requirements
· Check quality of ingredients and quality of dishes
· Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
· Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
· May recruit and train staff
Requirements:
· Ability to work in a team and independently
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Very good communication skills
· Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
· Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
