Position Summary:
Outlook International College is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Student Recruitment Manager to lead our student enrolment initiatives, with a particular focus on driving recruitment across Asia, South America, and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new students directly and through education agents, ensuring a consistent flow of enrolments that support the college's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the international education landscape, particularly in Asia, South America, and Europe.

Analyze competitors' recruitment strategies and adapt our marketing plans accordingly.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential students and education agents in target regions.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance student enrolments in community services programs, including Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing, and Diploma of Community Services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective students and agents.

Develop promotional content tailored to international audiences, highlighting the unique employment opportunities available through our sister companies in NDIS and Aged Care for all students.

Agency Relationship Management:

Identify and establish partnerships with reputable education agents operating in Asia, South America, and Europe.

Provide training and ongoing support to agents to ensure they effectively promote Outlook International College.

Maintain regular communication with agents to monitor performance and provide updates on programs, incentives, and new offerings.

Direct Student Recruitment:

Organise and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and promotional events targeted at international markets.

Respond to inquiries from prospective students, providing them with detailed information about our programs, admissions processes, and support services.

Assist students with the application process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enrolment strategies.

Use data and feedback to continually refine and enhance recruitment efforts.

Prepare regular reports for management on enrolment trends, agent performance, and market insights.

Desirable Attributes:

Qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or on the job proven experience

Proven experience in international student recruitment, with a successful track record in the targeted regions.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing software.

Knowledge of the Australian education system and visa regulations.

Experience working with education agents and an understanding of their operational models.
