Neangar Park Golf Club

Established in 1931, Neangar Park Golf Club is seeking a customer-focused Golf Operations Attendant to join our team on a casual basis (approximately 20 hours per week).

As a Golf Operations Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities while delivering excellent customer service to our members and guests.

An 18-hole golf course with public access

A 9-hole pitch and putt course

Driving range

Hosting 50,000 rounds of golf annually

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily golf operations, including timesheet management and customer check-ins

Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests

Liaising with the Golf Operations Manager and Golf Course Superintendent to ensure smooth delivery of daily competitions

Handling retail and point-of-sale transactions

Managing tee times and bookings (MiClub experience preferred)

General maintenance and upkeep of golf carts and facilities

Supporting major events and competitions

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in golf operations (preferred)

MiClub timesheet experience (preferred)

RSA Certificate (essential)

Weekend availability (essential)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

A passion for golf and the ability to engage with members and guests
