The Position

This role is an amazing opportunity for an experienced personal/executive assistant, preferably in the legal sector. Join a specialised Law firm that is committed to a positive work culture. While supporting Lawyers in the Commercial Litigation and Employment practices.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

You will be assisting with the management of clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication from initial contact to matter resolution.

Maintain accurate client records (electronic and physical), prepare documentation, and utilize our online portal for efficient client management.

Manage diaries, inboxes and schedules of meetings, while liaising with stakeholders and institutions as required.

Manage dormant trust funds and maintain accurate billing records.

Contribute to team meetings, respond to client feedback, and collaborate effectively to support business operations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience as a personal/executive assistant in the legal industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
