We are dedicated to delivering premium and flexible in-home care options to those in the aged care and disability sector, helping people to live more fulfilling lives both at home and in the broader community, doing what they love to do!

We are looking for compassionate Care Workers with a genuine interest in Aged Care and Disabilities. We value our employees and want you to thrive at work, whilst helping our clients to thrive at home.

What you’ll be doing in this role

· Providing companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

· Light domestic duties such as cleaning and meal preparation.

· Assisting with personal care and medication supports.

· Transportation to appointments, social outings and running errands.

· Relationship building with clients and their families.

· You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, learn new skills and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Who we’re looking for

· Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disabilities, or an equivalent qualification.

· You’ll have previous experience in aged or community care.

· You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live DANS’ everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

· You have a current drivers’ licence and a willingness to undertake basic First Aid training.

· You have a genuine desire to make a difference at work and want to help others maintain independence in their own homes.
