We are seeking Qualified Care Workers to join our team of caring professionals. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. As a Care Worker with Real Caring, you will play a vital role in assisting consumers with their daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with mobility and transfers

Support consumers with medication prompting

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Offer companionship and emotional support

Monitor and report any changes in consumers’ health or behaviour

Collaborate with family members and Care Managers to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, or

Relevant certification in care work (e.g. Certificate III in Aged Care)

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a caring nature

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
