Role Description

Due to growth, we’re looking to add an exceptional and motivated recruitment consultant to our team. You need to be an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 2 year’s experience in agency recruitment. We are after someone who is autonomous and does not require micromanaging.

Responsibilities

Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into open jobs

Creating and maintaining a pipeline of candidates

Demonstrate capability for business development and lead generation

Upholding respect and providing great customer service to clients and candidates

Complete reference checks and pre-employments checks
