CO: National Rehab Co | Delivers Occupational Rehab services using an integrated, multidisciplinary services model

ROLE: Work with clients with life-changing catastrophic injuries | Manage their rehab and recovery using best-practice, research and evidence backed models | Coordinate in-patient treatment | Explore options for in-patient and out-patient rehab | Conduct Functional Independence Management Assessments for eligibility to the Lifetime Care Scheme

LOCATION: Parramatta | Well-appointed offices and your home

SALARY: $110,000 Base + Super
