About the company:

Intro Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager (fit out) to join an expanding commercial fit-out and refurb builder for Brisbane Metro projects. They have become one of the most recognised names in the Brisbane fit-out market and are ready to interview applicants now. In addition to their project management and quality assurance skills, they are well-versed in construction management, design, and high-quality builds/finishes.

About the role:

Recent project wins and organic growth have presented a new opening for a Project Manager to take a lead on the Brisbane contingent of the business. As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager, as well as work with a strong team led by an experienced Site Manager/Foreman. You will be charged with delivering projects on time and under budget and running your team with plenty of autonomy.

To be successful, you will have the following:

• A construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Demonstrated experience working as a PM, CA or Project Coordinator for a high-quality fit-out or mid-tier construction company.
• Ability to manage a small team of Contract Administrators and supervisors.
• Proficient across Office, Project, Bluebeam, Jobpac and Procore.
• Design & Construct project experience.
• Tendering experience.
