Sales Person - Tile Factory Outlet, Maroochydore

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Person to join our friendly team at a well-established tile shop on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Salary: $64,500-$69,875 per annum plus Super (40hrs per week plus 4 hrs alt Saturdays)

Position: Sales Person

Location: Maroochydore - Sunshine Coast

Type: Full or Part Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

Alternate Saturdays (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the perfect tiles for their projects

Provide advice on tile selection, styles, colours, and patterns

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Process sales orders and purchase orders

Answer customer enquiries, face to face, over the phone & via email

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to use computer and POS system

Attention to detail and ability to learn about various tile products

Previous sales experience is desired and experience with in the tile industry would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for the right candidate
