About the role

Detection Services is seeking experienced Leak Detection Technicians to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time Leak Detection Technician, you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving complex leaks across a range of residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough inspections to accurately diagnose the source and cause of leaks
• Utilise specialised detection equipment to pinpoint the location of leaks
• Provide expert recommendations and solutions to resolve leak issues
• Liaise with clients to explain the leak detection process and findings
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records
• Assist with maintaining and calibrating leak detection equipment
• Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Leak Detection Technician or similar role in the Trades & Services industry
• Strong technical knowledge of leak detection methods and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify the root cause of leaks
• Outstanding communication abilities to explain complex technical issues to clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
