Responsibilities

Collaborate with educators, children, and families to design and implement a dynamic cycle of planning, documentation, and evaluation in alignment with the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

Possess a solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF, emergent curriculum, and current regulations and legislation.

Stay informed and engaged with children’s development during their foundational years.

Bring strong experience in curriculum documentation while embracing fun and creativity in your emergent curriculum approach.

Exhibit enthusiasm and build rapport with your team, children, families, management, and fellow educators.

Communicate confidently and effectively with children, families, management, and other educators.

Follow and implement our center’s procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations.

Actively participate in all aspects of running the center.

Support your room team with documentation and the physical needs of early childhood education.

Qualifications

Hold a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience

A current Blue Card

Current Child Protection Certificate

Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
