This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering 4 projects $58 - $140 million high-end apartment development projects located in the Inner Wollongong Area.

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Wollongong Area
• Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + Super negotiable dependent of experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role you’ll be working across 3 projects & reproting to the construction manager, on undertaking inspections and audits across multiple sites. Having a strong relationship with the site team will be key success with projects ranging between $58m - $140m high-end apartment development projects. You will be responsible for managing weekly & monthly inspections, site audits and frameworks.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering high level safety operations on commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project above $30 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
