Role Overview:

Our client are seeking a skilled OTC Consultant to join our Business Support Resource (BSR) Team. This key role is vital in facilitating the transition from a legacy system to an ECC SAP platform. The OTC Consultant will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, identifying gaps, assisting with the understanding of design changes, and ensuring business readiness for the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to learn and map current "as is" processes and data usage.

Collaborate with the OTC IT Functional Consultant to understand the "to be" design and identify gaps, including local regulatory and business needs.

Assist with data mapping, and create new data as required for the transition.

Support change management and training activities, guiding business users on process, data, and system functionalities.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Experience in data management, mapping, and migration.

Expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, rebates, and credit management.

Familiarity with delivery and shipping processes.

Understanding of OTC finance and MM processes.

Knowledge of OTC systems and processes.

Competencies:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration and training.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and process changes.
