Our client is a leading provider of specialty packaging solutions in Australasia, servicing both consumer and industrial sectors. Their Personal Care division operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to produce an extensive range of personal care solutions and cosmetics, as well as a wide array of packaging formats.

About the role: Material Handler

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Times: 8am–4pm with potential overtime

Pay Rate: $31.41 - $34.81

Please note this is a casual ongoing role.

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Operate electric and manual pallet jacks and other machinery to move items and pallets.

Maintain clean inventory, loading areas, and machinery.

Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.

Label and organise products accordingly.

Track stock and inventory accurately.

Support fitters in equipment setup and maintenance.

Adhere to all workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

About You:

Experience operating electric pallet trucks (forklift license preferred).

Able to read, write, and follow procedures in English.

Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, particularly in personal care product manufacturing.

Strong focus on precision, quality control, and consistency.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
