About the Position
This Scribing Services Team at KRG has quickly expanded and this role contributes to ongoing management and growth of client accounts, coordination of current projects, and assigning work to contract Scribes.
This role is key in maintaining the pipeline of existing client scribing work.
Recruitment Consultants with fast-paced labour hire experience who are seeking a change of pace to project delivery are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position offered in our Shailer Park office.

Duties

• Coordinating the Scribing Inbox.
• Responding to scribe quotes.
• Managing and growing a pool of Scribes.
• Coordinate Scribe work and step in as a Scribe where required.
• Attending client review meetings.
• Growing existing client scribing accounts.
• Coordination of scribing supplier arrangements.
• Contributing to tenders for new scribing opportunities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of documentation, systems, and processes.
• Stepping in as a recruitment resource where required.

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor of Business or similar (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent Word and Excel skills
• Experience with GovTEAMS, JobAdder (ATS/CRM), Microsoft Bookings (desirable)
• Experience in labour-hire recruitment, scribing, or both
• Capability to quickly and correctly respond to tenders and quotes
• Ability to manage multiple duties at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic team player with drive
