Rental Sales Agent

East Coast Car Rentals are a hugely successful company with 11 busy Airport locations and 4 city locations. We are one of the largest independent car rental providers in Australia!

Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking energetic and vibrant Sales Agents to join our Adelaide Airport Team where your priority is to provide exceptional customer service, secure upsell opportunities and support your wider team.

About the Role:

• Looking for sales opportunities with each customer at the front desk whilst not forgetting about the customer’s needs
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
• Meet and exceed all sales and service standards
• Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner
• Be confident with the fielding of issues or complaints if and when these arise.
• Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed
• Efficiently inspect vehicles for damage
• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
• Work as part of a diverse and inclusive team that celebrates our triumphs
• Work a flexible, rotating roster, 7 days a week.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in the Car Rental industry, Tourism and/or Retail environments of benefit but not essential. All training will be provided
• Have a bright and positive attitude accompanied with a can do mentality
• Motivated to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent People communications skills with professional manner
• Enthusiastic and adaptable team player
• Full Driver’s License preferable but not essential
