Experienced enterprise marketing leader required help elevate the brand and thought leadership presence for global tech leader in the ANZ B2B market.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing B2B Marketing Strategies & Plans: Work closely with key teams to create impactful marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and build a thought leadership position in the market.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Team up with cross-functional teams to drive ABM campaigns, leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads, and collaborate on joint customer events to boost presence in key industry gatherings.
- Quarterly Planning & Budgeting: Lead the quarterly planning cycle, align budgets, and collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing activities are on track and aligned with the overall business goals.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Manage the roll-out of key marketing campaigns and initiatives, including high-priority projects that support the broader business strategy.
- Working with Partners: Build and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, ensuring messaging is consistent and impactful across all campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan and execute key events for customers in the Enterprise and Education sectors to strengthen relationships and drive brand engagement.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand for services and solutions across both Enterprise and Education sectors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions like sales, procurement, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
What you need to bring:
- 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years focused on marketing trends and innovations.
- 8+ years of experience in digital and online marketing.
- Experience with marketing development funds (e.g., Microsoft, Intel).
- Strong background in commercial B2B marketing, especially in the IT sector.
- A mix of traditional and digital/social marketing experience—you're comfortable in both worlds.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and align teams across different regions and functions.
- A self-starter with a flexible, practical, and result-oriented mindset. No bureaucracy—just getting things done.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint..
- A business-level command of English and excellent communication skills.
