Australia Post are looking for Sidekicks to join their existing teams of Parcel Sorters at their Northgate location.

Role: Parcel Sorter
Start date: ASAP
Shift time: Monday to Sunday 6pm - 11pm OR 9pm - 2am

Rate: 6pm - 11pm: $37.13 ph

9pm - 2am: $41.24 ph

You will be able to apply for shifts Monday - Sunday.

Responsibilities:

*Manual sorting of parcels

*Loading parcels onto conveyers

*Loading and unloading trucks and containers

*Packing ULD cages

*Use of a manual pallet jack and RF scanner

Requirements:

*A valid police check obtained within the last 12 months

*YELLOW Hi-vis vest and steel capped boots

*Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

*Ability to lift up to 20kgs on a consistent basis, and to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.

*Willingness to follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and recommendations

*Enthusiasm, and unafraid of hard work!

*Willing to undergo a full medical test including drug and alcohol testing

You must be willing to undergo pre-employment medicals and a National Criminal history check if required.
