Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $34/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Forklift Operator with responsibilities in picking and packing. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Counter Balance forklift, as well as contributing to our warehouse's picking and packing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Counter Balance forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, pallets, and storage areas.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse and production area.
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification with Counter Balance experience.
• Proven experience in forklift operation, picking, and packing within a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
