NDIS Daily Organiser & Administrator Role
This key role will be the driving force behind our daily NDIS services providing structure for participants, support staff, families and the daily operations of Trusted Home Care. Suitable applicants will be capable of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
# Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services, or a similar qualification.
# Rostering knowledge and experience for an NDIS or Aged Care Provider.
# Experience in managing database systems which incorporate rosters, participant and staff profiles, documentation, worker timesheets and sensitive information.
# An understanding of care needs for disabled and aged participants, including complex needs.
# Previous experience in roles which demonstrate clinical skills, coordination of supports or care team leadership.
# Dedication to working in a high performance, team environment.
The successful candidate will provide support to senior management and is responsible for the daily organisation of NDIS participants. The pay rate will be between $42-$50 per hour, exclusive of superannuation, dependent on qualifications and demonstrated experience. The role will:
1. Manage proactive communications to ensure the daily organisation of NDIS participant or staff matters is coordinated with efficiency.
2. Oversee and coordinate the rostering needs of company NDIS operations.
3. Oversee and coordinate the administration of participant profiles, document management and care detail requirements at a high level.
4. Refer matters of relevance to external Coordinators, Nominee or Advocate for participant needs beyond company responsibility.
5. Manage shared weeknight on-call responsibilities.
6. Foster a positive workplace culture by means of a supportive and inclusive approach to NDIS daily organisation issues.
