Job Description

We are seeking 2-3 reliable, professional, and customer-focused Bus Drivers / Coach Captains to join our small but growing team in Perth. This role entails both tour work and charter, including local and extended destinations.

We are a small local transport & tour company that operates transport charter for Corporate Clients, Inbound tourism passengers, local wedding transfers & sporting events, and school & community groups. No one day is the same and great opportunities exist to see more of the city and the state

Your duties will include:

Providing safe and efficient transport to our customers
Conducting daily safety checks on vehicles
Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment on our coaches
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
Managing local and extended charter services, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction
Adherence to time schedules without compromising safety
Efficient record keeping, reporting, and tracking using our integrated hardware and company software
Comply with all safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements (or the willingness and ability to obtain):

Valid PTD (Passenger Transport Driver)
Western Australian HR-(B) Class License or higher
WWC Card
First Aid Certificate
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting luggage and assisting passengers.
