We are an Aesthetic/beauty-based company with satellite offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with our head office and warehousing operations based in Cambridge, Hobart. We provide cutting edge anti-ageing device technology and professional skincare products to clinics and salons throughout Australia. The role is diverse, hands-on, and often fast paced.

The successful applicant will work closely with the company founder and dedicated staff to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes. At times the role with require working autonomously. The ability to problem solve and complete tasks without supervision would be expected.

We're looking for someone friendly and energetic who can adapt and integrate quickly and efficiently into our business!

Key Responsibilities include:

· Perform production duties such as sorting, filling/packaging, labelling and manual lifting.

· Ensure continuous quality control though inspection and examination of printed products for print clarity and external defects

· Unpacking and testing machines stock

· Pick and pack – packing customer orders and sending

· Stock control including, ordering, stock take, tracking and Quality Assurance

· Machine cleaning, maintenance as required and general housekeeping

Skills & Experience

· Competent computer skills and ability to be able to learn new systems

· Attention to detail and delivery of quality and timely products

· Strong focus on quality control and procedures

· Physical ability to participate in frequent standing, bending, squatting and other repetitive movements

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills

· Initiative – we need someone who can see opportunities to make improvements and take the initiative to get the job done.

· Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Dropping off mail at local Australia post on days of work.
