About the Position
The school is currently welcoming expressions of interest for Primary and Secondary teaching positions across all Key Learning Areas, with immediate needs in English, Humanities, and Geography. These full-time roles offer the opportunity to join a vibrant school community and contribute meaningfully to the lives of students. Teachers are expected to model Christian values and integrate faith into their teaching and relationships within the school.

Skills and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that reflect Christian values and support student engagement.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

Collaborate with staff across campuses to support whole-school initiatives.

Demonstrate leadership in the classroom and uphold the school's vision and values.

Requirements

Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are preferred. The school can support the transfer of visa or pathway to sponsorship for candidates currently in-country.

Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.

Faith Alignment: As a Christian school, teachers are required to actively support and model the school’s Christian ethos. Alignment with these values is considered an inherent requirement of the role.
