Qualifications & experience:

Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an overseas ACECQA Approved Equivalent.

Valid Working With Children's Check.

First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Previous experience working in the Early Years Sector is valuable.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Your role includes:

• Actively supervising and engaging with children during planned and spontaneous experiences.
• Supporting permanent staff, children, and families in day-to-day activities.
• Building relationships with children, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and supported.
• Attending to children's basic needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toilet training.
• Contributing to daily programming through observations, checklists, and critical reflections.
• Undertaking general tasks and cleaning responsibilities.
• Adapting quickly to different classrooms, age groups, and routines.
