We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Labourer with leadership experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring applications and a proven ability to run projects, manage teams, and ensure high-quality results from start to finish.

The position will include installing:

Epoxy Coatings

Epoxy Mortar Screeds and Coving

Vinyl Flake Systems

Polyurethane Cement Flooring

ESD Flooring

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the preparation, application, and finishing of epoxy flooring materials on commercial projects.

Ensure that all quality standards are met, and work is completed to the highest professional standards.

Run a team of labourers on large scale projects and provide guidance.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and other trades to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in epoxy flooring installation.

Proven experience in running jobs and managing a team of workers.

Strong knowledge of epoxy floor systems, materials, and application techniques.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Police check and working with children card to be obtained prior to commencement.
