About the Role

As a Head of Key Learning Area (Maths and English), you will:

Provide subject-specific leadership in Mathematics and English

Guide and mentor teachers to drive excellence in teaching & learning strategies

Develop and oversee curriculum implementation & innovation within your department

Work closely with the Head of Curriculum, Teaching & Learning, and Assistant Vice Principal

Foster a collaborative team culture that enhances student outcomes and engagement

Who We're Looking For

🔹 Experienced educators (VIT registration mandatory) with leadership experience in Maths or English
🔹 A strong record of curriculum development and team leadership
🔹 Passionate about mentoring and supporting teaching staff
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills
