$34.96 to $39.99 per hour. This is a PM Shift position - 8pm to 6am. Pay negotiation possible depending on Certifications/Licences, skills and experience.

About the Job

Working as a supervised operator (CSE Level 1) or an independent operator (CSE Level 2) – depending on competencies, experience and tasks. The position will be tasked with cleaning, painting and maintenance activities that allow our team to carry out contract and project services within the Canterbury and greater Sydney region. This position will be in small teams and will be a night shift - 8pm start and 6am finish.

What are the duties?

Carry out pressure washing utilising specialised equipment

Open space maintenance including pressure cleaning and landscape maintenance

Maintain accurate data entry records by utilising our dedicated company Smartphone/tablet app and software to collect the predetermined information in relation to all jobs

Work independently and in small teams, outdoors as part of our 7-day roster – generally Monday to Friday – but can be customised for the right workers.

Whilst this role is full-time – varied opportunities for the right workers are available - full-time, part-time and casual.

Essential Requirements

OHS White Card

A current Drivers Licence (Provisional Licence will be considered). Manual licence preferred. Willingness to provide driving history for last 3 years.

Willingness to apply for NSW Police check (TechniGroup to organise when required)

Ability to read and utilise maps

Experience (or willing to learn) in utilising smart phone apps and other business technologies

Additional / Desirable requirements

Other certificates/qualifications eg: Asbestos Awareness, Silica Awareness, EWP, Working at Heights etc

Friendly, courteous and of neat appearance. Techni-Cleaners are in constant contact with our clients and the general public

Possess sound communication and interpersonal skills

Good learning, memory recall and hand/eye coordination abilities

Demonstrate a commitment to Workplace Health and Safety standards.

Must be reliable and able to work night shifts

Flexibility to stay until the job has been completed and a genuine desire to help fellow team members

Be able to demonstrate high work standards
