Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour health and fitness club is now hiring a proactive and inspirational Assistant Manager for our flagship Newcastle Club.

🔎 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥:

A highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual to lead and inspire our members within our club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, exceptional customer service and outstanding sales skills with a proven track record. This role requires a dedicated approach to your role with a passion to ‘Change Lives Through Fitness’.

🎯 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘:

• Managing Sales, Lead Gen, Outreach and Member Onboarding.
• Booking Appointments.
• Converting Leads Over The Phone.
• Maintaining a HIGH standard within the facility.
• ‘Changing Lives Through Fitness’.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Assist in organising and promoting special events, and community outreach programs.

Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and members.
