Responsibilities:

• Manage the Regional Air Conditioning Repair and Replacement inbox consulting with customers and supervisors on breakdown and replacement request emails.
• Manage Job outstanding reports and work order status with support from regional BSOs.
• Manage School correspondence / follow up as needed with each breakdown job with Contractor correspondence follow up;
• Job Card follow up.
• Condition Report follow up.
• Breakdown / repairs status
• Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
• Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
• Ability to connect with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
• Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work.
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction, and within boundaries, develop an outcome which achieves both customer and business objectives.
• Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e., in Ellipse and Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.
• Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures.
• Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
• Provide value for money checks on mechanical / electrical works
• Evaluate repair / replacement matrixes
• Write quotes and issue tenders via the government portals.
• Create scopes and cost estimates for mechanical and electrical works.
