We’re a family-owned and operated business in the transport refrigeration industry, and we’re looking for a Refrigeration Mechanic (or 4th-year apprentice with an ARC Licence) to join our tight-knit team.

About the Role:

Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration systems on trucks and trailers.

Work at heights (all safety equipment provided).

Occasional regional travel and overtime required.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Mechanic or 4th-year apprentice (must have ARC Licence).

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Initiative and an easy-going attitude – we’re a small but vital team.

A consistent work history is desirable.

The Offer:

Salary: $80,000 – $92,000 (inclusive of super), depending on qualifications and experience.

Company vehicle (with trailer full of parts), phone, and tablet provided upon completion of probation.

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM.

Regional trips may require the occasional night away (accommodation & meals covered).
