Position Overview
The Location Manager role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of Counselling, Mental Health, and FDV services in this location, Redress Support Service and Adoption Support Service. This role ensures the staff are supported and well-resourced to enable programs to meet contractual requirements, minimum client numbers and delivery of high-quality services while adhering to relevant policies and regulations and aligning with the RAWA’s vision to support people to thrive in their communities. This role works in close collaboration with the quality team and client experience roles to ensure clients receive high quality services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Location Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our location office facilities.
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all clients and visitors.
Ensure adherence to contract requirements, provide monthly internal and funder reports, and collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Support staff with clinical work, manage client risks, and escalate issues when necessary. Assist with client services if required and broaden practice expertise in other program areas.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any facility-related issues promptly.
Inspire staff through effective communication of the organisational vision, model core values, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain a collaborative, person-centred approach.
Build strong relationships with local community organisations, schools, and government agencies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in frontline service delivery in health or community services field
Previous service management , people management and /or clinical supervision desirable.
Passion for community development and social impact.

Salary $107,000 up to $119,000 per annum pro rata + 11.5% Superannuation
Non-for-profit salary packaging – up to $18,550
Additional annual leave at year-end - up to 3 days
13 weeks long service leave at 10 years, and an additional 13 weeks every 7th year after
