About the role

We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join the dynamic team at Back2Work and Humanity Health Group in Brisbane. This is a full-time or Part-time role, where you will provide high-quality psychological services to our diverse client base. As a Provisional Psychologist you will deliver evidence-based interventions and support positive outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans

Provide individual, couples and group therapy using a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions

Deliver vocational psychology

Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with professional and organisational standards

Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Contribute to the growth and development of the psychology services offered by Humanity Health Group

What we're looking for

Provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia

A master's degree in Psychology or equivalent, with a focus on clinical or counselling psychology

Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in evidence-based psychological therapies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to further your skills and career in psychology

Flexibility, adaptability and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving
