Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced truck drivers with a medium rigid license to join our team. Operate from our warehouse in Dandenong South or Fawkner. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. This role will also entail warehousing duties, including order picking, loading and unloading trucks, dealing with suppliers, and using a forklift to get items down from racking.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a medium rigid truck to deliver goods to customers

• Provide exceptional customer service while delivering goods

• Ensure all goods are delivered on time and in good condition

• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle

• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws

• Operate mobile phone apps for tracking and updating deliveries

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

• Deal with suppliers and perform general warehouse duties, including order picking

• Use a forklift to get items down from racking

Requirements

• Valid medium rigid driver's license

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a medium rigid truck

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

• Good communication skills

• Clean driving record

• Ability to operate mobile phone apps for tracking and updating deliveries

• Forklift experience required
