Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Food and Beverage Gaming Attendant to join our team. This hands-on role involves supervising gaming and bar operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing cash and stock control, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily gaming and bar operations, including EGMs, Keno, and TAB.

Ensure RSA and RCG compliance at all times.

Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff during shifts.

Perform cash handling, reconcile tills, and manage end-of-shift reports.

Lock and secure gaming and bar areas as required.

Maintain accurate incident logs and compliance documentation.

Support stock control, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.

Deliver exceptional service while handling customer queries or concerns.

Key Requirements:

Essential:

NSW RSA & RCG certifications (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in bar/gaming within hospitality or club settings.

Strong understanding of Liquor & Gaming NSW regulations.

Competence in cash handling and financial procedures.

Desirable:

Experience with gaming systems (e.g. MAXgaming, IGT, Aristocrat).

Familiarity with club operations, including stock management and shift leading.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
