Our client is a not-for-profit co-operative and charity who supports at-risk individuals in the ACT, focusing on marginalised community members. They aim to lead in innovative, GP-led primary healthcare services across the ACT and NSW, offering comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Their goal is to set new standards in accessible, quality healthcare especially to vulnerable patients, including victims of violence and substance abuse.

They partner with ACT Health, Federal Department of Health, Capital Health Network, Hep ACT, ACT Corrections, and Diabetes ACT

They are seeking an experienced, compassionate and motivated General Practitioner to join their expanding team in a new facility. The role would best suit a GP who enjoys or aspires to working in a Community Health multi-disciplinary team environment where you can really make a difference in clients' health outcomes.

About the Role:

● Provide comprehensive, autonomous medical care

● Lead a holistic healthcare approach, coordinating care with various

healthcare professionals.

● Mentor, teach and provide feedback to medical professionals, especially GP Registrars or IMGs.

● Commit to continuous professional development.

● Collaborate with staff to foster a team-oriented environment

● Working with diverse NDIS clients.

Key Qualifications:

● Hold a valid GP qualification (FRACGP or FACCRM)

● At least 3 years experience post qualifications

● Experience with at-risk, vulnerable individuals

● AHPRA Registration
