We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to manage the smooth operation and maintenance of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an independent role within a dynamic team, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and that tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal disruption
• Oversee vendor management and service contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and reporting
• Manage fit out processes
• Provide some direction to a team of support staff

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial facilities management
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
• After hours / on call
