Your Opportunity

Mission Australia Housing provides social and affordable housing to vulnerable Australians ensuring they have access to good quality housing that enables people to participate in their communities.

This is a rewarding career opportunity where you will successfully provide general support to all integrated service delivery with a client focus on all housing operations.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Complete a range of administrative tasks to support MA housing team by adhering to policies
  • Back filling leave and vacant positions
  • Work with multiple teams to support daily operations
  • Maintain and update housing databases, client records and reporting systems
  • Support the coordination of property management, maintenance requests and community engagement
  • Liaise with service providers, tenants and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support

Requirements for Success

  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups
  • Housing or real estate experience with relevant qualifications in social or community services
  • Demonstrated experience in NCAT and/or Strata management
  • Experience in Asset Management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management system
  • Drivers licence with no restrictions

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and WWCC.
