Core Talent is seeking a Final Trim Grader Operator to join a renowned Tier 2 Civil & Rail company committed to excellence. This role provides an opportunity to work on complex projects across Sydney, with significant potential for professional growth and development within the organization.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience operating graders, with the ability to work independently and take direction effectively.
• Proficiency in operating graders for various civil tasks, including road construction, leveling, and final trim.
• Skilled in the operation and utilization of millimeter GPS systems.
• Ability to read and execute construction plans with accuracy.
• Adaptable to challenging tasks, with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to complying with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental legislation and requirements.
• A collaborative attitude and dedication to delivering quality work.
• Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
• Familiarity with plant and equipment operations and maintenance, including minor repairs.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
