With offices in Toowoomba and Brisbane, CDI Pest Management proudly serves Southeast Queensland. We are thrilled to have been awarded AEPMA Pest Manager of the Year, 10 or more employees, and the overall Pest Manager of the Year 2024.

What we do:

Our diverse workday spans these three key areas:

1. Residential Services: General pest treatments for our loyal customers, using IPM strategies to create pest-free living environments.
2. Commercial Pest Programs: Servicing sensitive sites, food processing HACCP programs, wildlife trapping, and more.
3. Termite Management: Comprehensive termite inspections, live termite treatments, and installation of Termite Management Systems.

At CDI Pest Management, we solve problems, keep the community safe, and balance lifestyle with environmental care.

Who are you?

We’re looking for individuals with a great attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to learn, whether you’re currently licensed in general pest control or open to pursuing a termite pest license.

• Personal Qualities: Honest, adaptable, a critical thinker, and proactive in making decisions.
• Professionalism: Punctual, motivated, reliable, and proud to represent our brand with high-quality work.
• Customer Service: Confident and skilled communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.

Do you have:

• Manual/Open Driver’s Licence
• Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Urban Pest Licence
• Timber Pest Licence (or willingness to obtain)
