Your Role:

We're seeking experienced labourers and operators to join our dynamic teams, contributing to larger-scale civil developments and concrete retaining wall projects. As a hands-on member, you'll play a pivotal role in our construction endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within the team to achieve production goals, ensuring the timely installation of H posts in concrete.
• Coordinate daily plans and progress with on-site foreman.
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards in coordination with the team.
• Operate excavators/skid steers for tasks such as augering pier holes and rock drilling.
• Interpret and implement engineering plans and drawings accurately.
• Liaise with on-site water cart drivers to minimize dust in work areas.
• Assist in setting out pickets, profiles, stringlines, and heights.
• Manage post deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Capture quality assurance photos using provided iPad.

About You:

We're seeking individuals with a background in construction labour and machine operation, coupled with a commitment to excellence. Essential qualifications include a valid driver’s license, white card, skid steer, excavation, and dogging tickets. A positive, solutions-focused attitude, strong teamwork skills, and effective communication are paramount.
