What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coaching and developing a team to deliver top-notch client service and event coordination.
  • Overseeing event logistics, ensuring seamless execution from booking to pre- delivery.
  • Driving process optimisation and system improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborating across the organisation to meet client event delivery needs.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex client requests, finding solutions quickly and effectively.

What Type of Person will be Successful

We’re looking for a calm, organised team leader who can prioritise, plan, and coach a team of dynamic doers in a high-volume service environment. Event management experience isn’t essential—if you enjoy developing people, working with details, solving challenges on the go, and ensuring seamless client experiences, you’ll fit right in.
