The Role:

Specialist Support Solutions are seeking Experienced Support Workers to join our team. You will be apart of a trusted and respected team, servicing the Rockhampton/Gracemere/Yeppoon/Emu Park Region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and in-home support

• Administering medications

• Facilitating community access and transport to appointments

• Assisting with domestic cleaning and pet care

• Utilizing hoisting equipment as needed

• Teaching and supporting the development of their NDIS goals

• Engaging in respite care activities for clients

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

At least 12 months Experience in Support work or Similar Role

Blue Card /Yellow Card/ First aid

NDIS Orientation Module

Drivers License and reliable Vehicle

Obtain or Enrolled a Cert III in individual Support

Police Background Check
