Responsibilities:

Voice picking whilst operating a tugger

Ensure accurate item selection and proper handling of fragile goods.

Able to lift up to 25kg repetitively

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.

Attend ALL rostered shifts Monday to Friday + OT when required

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Voice Picker or similar role preferred but not essential.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) safely.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Excellent attention to detail.

Availability to work within the specified hours (5am-6pm) with overtime opportunities starting from 3am.

Must have a valid work visa or Australian citizenship.

Must have current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (no public transport options).
