Position Overview: As a Maintenance Plumber, you will play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction sites. Your excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills will be essential as you work under the guidance of our Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues.

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system functionality.

Collaborate with electricians, carpenters, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

Follow blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks.

Ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Report progress and any issues to the Site Supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour and lift heavy materials.

Relevant certifications in plumbing or a related field are preferred.

High-risk licenses, including Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Forklift, and Heavy Vehicle, are advantageous.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in plumbing techniques and tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High-risk licenses, including Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Forklift, and Heavy Vehicle, are advantageous but not mandatory.
