Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

- Create and maintain rosters for cleaning staff to optimize efficiency and coverage.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

- Coordinate periodic cleaning services as needed.

- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment.
