About the Business and the Role

Shamrock is one of the largest commercial Carpet cleaning and window cleaning service providers in NSW, servicing a range of Government and Corporate clients.

Due to unprecedented growth in our business, we are looking to recruit a team player that brings with them excellent customer service skills, pride in their work and a desire to achieve with the ability to work unsupervised.

We provide Carpet Cleaning, flood damage and Mould remediation services to most public schools across the NSW region. You will work at a different location daily, so you will never get bored going to the same place day after day.

If you want to get yourself ahead in life financially, then this is the job for you. How much you earn is completely up to you as we have consistent overtime (up to 30 hours per week if you choose to).

With the current financial situation in Australia this is the perfect job for anyone who needs more money to survive or simply wants to be able to purchase their first home. We always have overtime and how much you earn depends on how much you want to work. We are proud to say that after a couple of years of hard work, a number of Shamrock staff members now own their own home.

Experience is not essential for the right candidate as you will receive hands on training via our Shamrock Modular Training programme.

Other important information about this position:

38hr working week -Tuesday to Saturday with regular overtime.

The hours are generally 6:00am to 6:00pm or 12pm till 11pm Tuesday to Friday and 6am to 4pm on Saturdays.

This is an active role, so you will be required to be of average fitness.

You require a driver's license and must be able to drive a motor vehicle.

You will need to pass a Working with Children check and obtain a Federal Police clearance.

Full time staff have the opportunity to earn between $70 000 and $110 000 per annum.

Ideal for a local candidate, we travel all over The Hunter / Central Coast region and Sydney and travel is paid from our Base at Wyong until you return.

Required to travel to regional NSW once every five weeks (everyone rotates these runs, and we are flexible when you can go away)
