About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at ShopFast1 with operations nationally. This is a contract position, offering full time WFH arrangements. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and branding of our direct to consumer platform, contributing to the success of their marketing campaigns and digital initiatives for our supply partners.

What you'll be doing

Developing engaging and visually compelling designs for a variety of digital and digital materials, including websites, social media graphics, presentation, marketing collateral, vehicle branding

Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions

Ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects

Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to enhance the visual impact of client deliverables

Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively to deliver high-quality work on time

Providing design feedback and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital agency or creative studio environment

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and FIGMA and advantage

Ability to translate marketing briefs into visually compelling and on-brand design solutions

Excellent eye for typography, colour, and layout, with a keen understanding of design principles

Familiarity with responsive design and an understanding of web and mobile design best practices

Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a strong personal aesthetic
